Back in the 1950's & 1960's black onyx was big when it came to a mans ring. Some would have a diamond or two. Others an initial. Most like the 4 pictured were done in 10k because of durability and longevity. 10k is much harder than 14k or higher, thus you have a ring that will stand up to the punishment a guy usually gives a piece of jewelry. The alloy that was usually used with the gold was copper. I have quite a few different ones but here is a X-section of 4. The one with the initial "K" is actually 1 of only two rings I wear. This one here I wear on my right hand ring finger and is for my first name which is Kerry.

Like I said in the description, it's one of only two rings that I wear on a regular basis. Now I wonder why you would like the "K"? Oh yea, I forgot. Thanks for taking a look Kerry, and thanks for the compliment.

My husband passed away and he had one like the fifth one over or first in second block..The lines ran across in the gold. Do you know what it is worth or close to the worth of it. Thank you and God bless you!
