This is a cookie jar that has been been in my household for years. I know nothing about it except that it had the best chocolate chip cookies in it when I was a kid.

I have that cookie jar. As a matter of fact I just put it out for the donations tomorrow. Once I'd given it to a mom-in-law for Christmas. When my partner and I bought her house, she left it since she was downsizing. I bought it from someplace like Target or Value City when they sold goods and clothing, sometime in the early 90's.
