    This is also out of the Dr's lot. Some type of rattle. Loud Too, on top carved Made In Jama, on the bottom appears to be a date I think. You look. any help on the creation of this will be greatly appreciated.

      JAMA is short for Jamaica and this is a maraca.

      You may want to have the markings looked at. These were used by witch doctors, dancers and in voodoo. The occult ones are more valuable than ones used by dancers.
