Tea caddy spoon?
Baby Spoon. I have one like this -- It is my Silver BABY SPOON. Same handle like that. Mine was purchased from BIRKS CANADA - back in the 1960's. It is my keepsake from my Baby years.

Uri Gellers baby spoon.
Fascinating, kyratango! I've seen these spoons forever and knew them as baby spoons. Baby medicine spoon is a concept I was not familiar with. I wonder what purpose the handle being rounded serves, will have to look into it.
I remember these in the 50's and they were in fact used for feeding babies. I was told to always keep my third (ring) finger through the loop so it didn't get knocked out of my hand. I recall feeding my younger brother and sister both with this type spoon. It may have had a different use but my mother kept them as baby spoons.
Do a Google for, antique loop handle baby spoon and you will find oodles of them going back well over 100 years.
