found two magnificent bears help me know what they are

I found two bears at a flea market they appear to be old maybe steiff or knickerbocker the white one shown has what appears to be a mini record player with plastic record (minifon) inside its back that plays german music on one side and talks on the other. the bear has velvet paws and I think maybe mohair red felt tongue no claws on pads it measures 20 in maybe 21 the other one is the same except brown and it does not have a player inside the stuffing appears to be foam in the belly and maybe straw or clippings in the arms and legs and head. id really like to know what they are.
