Found this. Love it. Czech, I believe. I have some other Decanters posted too -- but this one caught my eye being Purple ( amethyst ). Very striking. Gold horizontal stripes around it. No glasses, just the Decanter. I have another one that is much like this in shape and style too....
I (personally) think these are SO under-rated yet.
Any ideas on maker??

Antiquerose,I think it is from Novy Bor 195?>What makes me think that ,is the decor of gold lines on dark green or purple glass and a stopper shape .However I haven't found a decanter just like yours.
Thanks. I found one shaped something like it (with a Czech Bohemian Label) on it but I can not tell if the base is the same as the Pic is pretty dark, so ?????? not sure

The label represents some glassworks producing crystal ware,especially from the Novy Bor area.In the socialism era glass production was unified and under the state control,so I don't think there were more glassworks producing the same shape.

I think they are So sleek and elegant looking. I love the shape. This probably had matching glasses to it at one time.....but alas.....gone. Found another one same shape with label too
