Condiment set , salt and pepper pots etc

I bought this lovely set a few weeks ago from a charity shop in the algarve , portugal. BUT ! i just can,t find the person how painted them . The signature seems to say PANTIS ? but im not sure . DOES ANYBODY KNOW THIS PERSON / STYLE / SIGNATURE . The caps on the salt and pepper pots say stoke on trent england on them.
