Hello and thank you for looking at my item.

I picked this up at a garage sale a few years back and have been unable to find anything online about it.

I know that it was made by Herold Products Co, Inc and I believe they went out of business or changed names sometime in the 50's - 60's. Nonetheless, I am simply just curious about any information on it as I have been unable to locate any "specific" information online. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.

Herold Products was originally Spartus Company - when it was bought and moved to Chicago in 1951, the company name was changed to Herold Products Co. - During the 1950-60's Herold Products Co. produced several lines of cameras, clocks and electric razors and is probably best known for Spartus clocks - the name changed back to Spartus Corp. in the early 60's. Your shaver is circa about 1955/56 to pre-1963.

Thanks aghcollect for the info. I did come across similar info regarding the Herold Products Co. in my search, but am still unable to find any specifics regarding this particular model 88 shaver.
