"Balboa, the company who imported all of our glass in the mid 20th Century, and whom we purchased the remaining inventory from, used round Murano balls in so many ways. They had three levels of pricing or categories of customers. The top line was for their own boutique “Paul’s Gifts” in Manhattan in the 40? and 50’s, where they did much of their custom work also.
      ........
We purchased the remaining inventory from Balboa and we are selling them with Figurine Lamp Mounts designed by Swank or just as separate collectibles in our soon to open Accessories section. Balboa imported them to sell at their boutique, Paul’s Gifts which was located on Broadway in the 1930’s, 40’s, and 50’s.?"

Seems like there are a variety of brand names: Ardico, Balboa, Paul's Gifts, Dixie.

There's another Paul's Gifts piece with a sticker on CW:

East Palestine Pottery Company is a possibility. It was part of the Sebring pottery group in 1898 in East Palestine, Ohio.

      https://books.google.com.au/books?id=hxEIAwAAQBAJ&pg=PA539&lpg=PA539&dq=East+Palestine+Pottery+Company+%221898%22&source=bl&ots=QzTspB0vjg&sig=-aRxdgg_8ivLjhkM1Qk7awQprsU&hl=en&sa=X&ei=jFPxVMPQNcSzmwWR8oCgDw&ved=0CC8Q6AEwCA#v=onepage&q=East%20Palestine%20Pottery%20Company%20%221898%22&f=false

The East Palestine Pottery Company then became the W. S. George Pottery Company in 1904.

"William Shaw George purchased the controlling interest in the East Palestine Pottery Company from the Sebring brothers in 1904, renaming the company The W. S. George Pottery Company. In 1910 the company opened a manufacturing facility in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania ("Plant #2"), and in 1914 another facility was opened in Kittaning, Pennsylvania ("Plant #3"). In 1912 fire destroyed most of the East Palestine, Ohio, facility, named "Plant #1". At the time, "Plant #1" employed 750 East Palestine residents, which accounted for nearly one third of the city's population. The facility was rebuilt in 1924 and was called "Plant #4". In 1955 the company went bankrupt, and the East Palestine facility was reorganized and came under the control and administration of the Royal China Company, who renamed the facility "Royal China Incorporated, East Palestine Division". The company operated for nearly 60 years, liquidating its holdings between 1959-1960, and closing in 1960."
