    These were rescued from a skip !!
    There are eight tiles in I think - Rosette pattern - they are 6"square x 12mm thick and made by Mintons , China Works, Stoke on Trent.
    They also have the Minton stamp in the bottom corner which has WALBROOK LONDON beneath it ..also written - N° 2 381 (probably a pattern no.).
    These I think are Victorian tiles ..

      Thanks sean for your love & comments , yes Mintons were one of the main tile works in england & merged with Doulton in the third part of the 1900s , some of their tiles fetch quite a few pounds each ..

      i have more mintons tiles stored , 9 tiles that make one pattern for the floor ,,
      ill dig them out one day !! ;-)

      28 Walbrook was their address in London, probably a store?
      I’m not sure if all the Minton(s) are the same company, but I know that one of the sons partnered with Holbrook to form a separate tile company in 1845, so then I’m guessing that your tiles predate that?
