Good Morning!
This should wake you up with this BIG Bright Orange Murano bowl. Very, very heavy and thick as you can see. It has a tip with a scroll on it. Has some character....lol. Just got it a few days ago at a Trade show.....and have not had time to *play with it*.......LOL. Has flecks of gold in the bowl. No label, but I would assume Barbini on this. Base shows very good wear so I would think about 1960's.
I love the color!! I once heard (not sure if true or not) that the colors of Orange and Yellow are more rare in Murano Glass. Anyone hear this also?
I will put the measurements in later as just Cooking a yummy Turkey today for the Heck of it......LOL.....why not when it is about minus -32 below Celsius here today.

Great bowl Rose!! The little curly-que adds so much interest and takes it from a nice bowl to to a piece of ART glass! I love it!

Wonder if the thing about orange is true, I have one piece of Murano and it happens to be orange with gold.
I love the color! It makes me feel like summer is really just around the corner!
@ vintagelamp - it is like minus - 28 C and with the windchill it is like MINUS - 43 here today. Yet by tomorrow it is to be (PLUS) + 2 C
That will get a person out to the vintage stores here.......LOL
I had stated I thought this was Barbini in my post -- and I did find one like it (another color) ...and it has Alfredo Barbini label on it.
