These pins or clips have the following inscription on them. IUUAWA Toledo, OH -- Local 21
They are fairly old and in amazing condition. They are sterling silver as stated on the back and have the from side being of silver and backed enamel finish.
If you know anything about these please let us know as we recently found them at an estate sale.
