I found these two lamps at a thrift store, I have no idea how old they are but there hand made from wood and metal, Even the chains links are hand made they have real textured thick amber glass panels, and were the light bulb is they have a big round cup like plate like a candle stand. the big one is in the shape they were found in i cleaned up the small one but i see i missed a spot.. lol. I would liker some input if any of you know anything about these. i once met a fellow years ago that told me about really old lamps that used candles and described this same base were the bulb base now sits. the shade is all hand made rod iron and hand carved wood with heavy textured amber glass panels all rusticity welded together. the Chains also are hand formed and were also rusticity welded together. i learned welding started in the very early 1800s and looked allot like this. But i have no clue so im hope'n you all can help me out on knowing there age and origins since they are quite old and notably hand made. Thanks
and no they are real wood not fake..

We had a professional look at them and he has never seen ones like these before, he explained the fact they were hand made and each one of a kind. He could not put an age to them but said they were made like mid-evil ones of lost design and said they maybe a set of high grade stage props from early times. Other then that non like it were found anywhere but traces of candle wax were discovered inside the cups. All in all there either from the Munster’s or from some mid-evil time
I went back to the thrift store and spoke to the folks who brought them in and priced them. They had spoke to the past owners and they said they found them in an attic in a building on there cottage property and were kind of uncomfortable around them and dropped them off. THE MYSTERY CONTINUES !!

If you find out more on these particular type lamps please let me know, I've got one very similar except it's missing the colored glass. The design is almost identical to your table lamp. I'd love to know year and maker and even the value of an item like these. They are truly a work of art.
