The history of these goblets is wonderful. Several years ago, around 2008 there was a cosignatory shop in Unquillo, a wonderful place half hour way from our home. We go inside it and there were every type of used (not antique) staff, from dresses, hats, books, ecc. Ricardo that in that year was only 11 year old prompt us to buy this six goblets that seems unused because he recognized it as Vaseline. He asked the vendor for a lamp to see the “false money” and she lend him the black light. They glow intensely as you can see in the first picture. Then I learned that they were much older that expected http://1st-glass.1st-things.com/vaseline/slides/vaseline-glass-21.html. Virginia.vintage made a comment on a previous post http://1st-glass.1st-things.com/vaseline/slides/vaseline-glass-21.html asking what was the green goblet there. We never used them because I put a Geiger near them and radioactivity is high. The bowl has two rows of cut prints above a plain stem and foot with polished pontil mark. The prints or cuts are ovals. I found on the web goblets of this type dated between 1850 and 1890. Thanks for your interest.
