    Here is another plate that belonged to my mother. It is 12 inch long with raised gold painted flowers on it. It is signed A R M 91. I searched for weeks coming up with nothing. Hoping someone might know. Thanks

      And also I would like to add it has a another etched mark that looks like xx that I could not get a good picture. it's white just etched into plate on back.

      I think that this was a porcelain blank (possibly Japanese) that has been handpainted by ARM in 1991. Good job they did!
