I found this cool deco watch in a local shop. It is a Bulova. The # 284387 is engraved on the case. I believe that it say "Swiss" on the clock face and there may be two small diamonds on the face. Any information appreciated.
UPDATE
Thanks to pw-collector the mystery is solved! This watch looks just like the "Miss Liberty" 1934 Bulova watch in the link. It originally sold for $39.75 or $7 down and $6 per month. 10 K rolled gold plate with two diamonds.

Your watch appears to be similar to to the 1934 Miss Liberty shown on this link. It also states that the case serial number is 6 digits rather than 7 digits.
