    Hi,Peggy and everyone
This is the spatter glass bowl alone.Perhaps it had a lid or a top metal mounting .The shape suggests this.
Peggy,I hope that FYA phrase isn't brusque or unkind.I sometimes don't feel spirit of English properly :(

      Thanks,Karen for your kind words:-)
Now,when looking at the bowl I like it much more than on the shelf at home!

Thank you Ivonne for posting more pictures. I have become interested in spatters from the point of view that there are so many sorts. The base of yours looks rather like a mosaic, no real merging/blending of the many colours. I have one like this, on blue glass, in a dimpled Kralik shape, though the colour mix is different. Interesting to compare!

I totally agree with Karen that your English is amazing but I also understand that few of us feel completely at ease in a second language.....don't worry on my part. Liking your bowl more here is probably due to there being no distractions around it. I get that feeling with my glass! Thanks again, Peggy :-)

Thanks ,Peggy, for your comment. You opened my eyes to a difference between blending and mosaic colours.I've never thought about it like that!I must learn to distinguish between them. Thanks again!
