Cobalt with gold glass

Ok now this is an extremely old piece . I know nothing about it. But I do know it's worth a bit! It was purchased in Italy, wayyyy before I was born. I would have to say it's around 50-60 years old.
Some of The gold is painted on. The swirls though are embossed into the glass, perfect condition.
She weighs 1.7kgs and is 33cms tall
