Still another of my choice buys at a dealer's/collector's home in S.Florida. This 10" documented by CW members welzebub and czechman as a Franz WELZ creation is signed "Made In Czechoslovakia" and is quite stunning. The base measures 4 1/2" and the opening is 4 1/4" in diameter. It has a cloudy opal-white inner layer with an outer layer of clear glass. Quite beautiful when the sunlight hits on it. RER
