Everyone.
Well it's a beautyful day at GW for me during this half hours shopping today, it's look like no glass/pottery hunter around me today, has i am be able to grab this huge West Germany Vase, with this amazing glaze, what a beauty, the German know how to attract your eyes, when you see something like that, an what about the person give this away, i just have for fews hours, an this gone give away in my will, how that.
This giant stand, 11.75 inch tall, on a 5 inch base, 2.75 inch top opening.
Mark underneath "West Germany, 517-30"

Thank God when I go power shopping here I only have to open a Box, a drawer, a tote bin. I still pick up the odd thing (of course) it is an addiction......LOL....but a lot of it is just here on Display....and NO, I am not a extreme hoarder. You can see my walls, my floors, and walk through my place.

Hello on facebook there is a group called Fat Lava Lovers, that's the nickname of your kind of find, the German made vases of the 50's, 60's 70's etc. The 517 is the batch number and the 30 is the height. Anytime you see that number configuration it means batch number and height.

At least we admit the first steps , we are powerless over glass, we couldn't not manage our own collections.
