A Good day!

Yep! This is what a good day of hunting looks like when you finally get home! Trailer filled with cool signs and poles and sign rings. The truth is that we had purchased this stuff over several months and finally went and picked it up. On the road trip we found more stuff as we drove a long way and met with a bunch of other collectors on route. It is so much fun seeing other peoples collections and enjoying their stories ad. Tales of the "good Ol days of hunting". These days the hunting is much more difficult and more expensive when you finally find something, but it's still a lot of fun and we meet a lot of really nice people all over the Country. Yes! There is that occasional "jerk" that is out there that won't give you the time of day and talked down to you etc, but thwt is life. Some people wake up every day to a "bad hair day". That is sad for them, but we don't let it affect us for long and we are right back out there meeting more new people and finding more new cool things. We sure wish we had the two faces to go in the aluminum Phillips 66 sign frame but no luck so far. They had holes in the lettering for the back lights to shine through but were actually porcelain faces. Very rare!
