If you have the space then why not? Of course that is my sons and my opinion and not my wife's perspective. The graffics and colors of the old Texaco signs are so outstanding that they lasted from 1932 until 1979 I am told. They were just outstanding in about every way and, for me, still are. It is true that we have several of them spread around our collection at aaaLakeside Storage, but they just look so great we can't stop buying them. I'm sure there will be an end to our buying them, but it hasn't appeared yet! I'll let you know when it happens. This particular sign came from a collector in Oklahoma. It is getting much harder to find poles for the signs as most of them got scrapped when the price of steel went up a while back. The scrapers have made sign collectors really suffer. Same for old car collectors. Happy Huning!

Nope we don't sell our signs and CW wouldn't allow us to use them as a medium even if we did.
Nickeyshoe,
I guess that CW removed your request to buy signs from the post as I don't see it here, but we don't sell signs as we are always adding to our collection & don't buy what we don't want. I think we have 5 of these 6' Texaco signs up in the museum? Two of them are 1932 models and that doesn't count the earlier Black T signs we have displayed.
