This was a save for me by my friend at Salvation. I'm not a 100% sure what the stone is but I'm hoping onyx. The inside has several marks but Mexico and .950 are very clear. I know .950 is also used for platinum but this piece is tarnished almost black in areas and platinum doesn't tarnish. So we have very pure silver and a beautiful oval black cabochon. The spring hinge works great and it opens in the front just above and below the stone. Muy bonita !! -Mike-
Thanks CindB :)... I wasn't too sure about the onyx part but I've looked around and now I'm pretty sure it is because of the high quality silver.

I think you could wear this one Mike! It's almost masculine in it's size and that great onyx.
Thanks Karen :)...I kind of thought that myself but it's actually very small and doesn't fit. I wear a watch and that's enough jewelry for my taste. I love collecting but I don't wear anything not even a ring. They make me break out even the good stuff.
