    Everyone.
    I have this original frame photoghraph for many years now, i have from GW, at the good time, when not so many artwork collector in my area.
    This original photo have 2 exibition label on the back , 1940 and 1940-41"Adelaide Melbourne", permission to hang, at "Photographic Society of New South Wales".
    Please Kevin help me found the Photograph name, 1939, unreadable.

    -----------------------HISTORY 1894 to 1980--------------

    Meeting held at Aaron's Exchange Hotel in June 1894 to form a Photographic Society in New South Wales.

    Moved by Mr R.N. Kirk and seconded by Mr E.T. Davis that Mr J.R. Yorke take the chair.

    The chairman explained that a number of gentlemen desirous of forming a Photographic Society in New South Wales had meet together several times with the result that the present meeting had been called and it was now for this meeting to say whether such a Society should be formed.

    I - The first resolution "That it is desirable that a Photographic Society be formed for New South Wales", was then put to the meeting and carried.

    II - Moved by Mr Murphy and seconded by Mr Stening "that it shall be known as the Photographic Society of New South Wales", carried.

    III - Moved by Mr M.H. Nathan and seconded by Dr Badham, that the Officials of the Society consist of President, three (3) Vice Presidents, Hon.Secretary, Hon.Treasurer, Librarian and five General Committee.

    IV - Moved by Mr M.V. Murphy and seconded by Mr E.T. Davis, that the subscription shall be £1/1/- (one guinea) per annum for members living within a radius of 50 miles of Sydney and 10/6 (ten shillings and sixpence) for members living beyond that distance.

    Provisional committee be appointed to form a Code of Rules to be tabled at the June 1894 meeting.

    The members of the provisional committee were - M.V. Murphy, M.H. Nathan, J. Stening, St. Julian, R.N. Kirk, J.R. Yorke and E.P. Davis.
