Hello, I am attributing this fine little rose bowl to John Walsh of England. This is an excellent example of a JIP Rimmed Rose Bowl, which I believe are scarce? at any rate they sure are lovely! This rose bowl features a striped pattern, which is complimented well by both the color and shape, I believe a terrific combination of attributes gives the piece a lot of character. If anyone has any information on either the age or maker, please feel free to comment. Thanks for looking!

I'm a sucker for opalescent glass but with cranberry it rocks!
Thanks Racer4four, I agree adds such a nice touch, and I know I did not mention it in the description, but if you look close, you will notice there are swirls in the cranberry rim, which actually extend to parts of the body as well, and Thanks Nutsabotas, your comments are all very welcome.
Thanks everyone for the Loves, they are appreciated very much!
