Looking for some information. Size is 86 x 60 inches and is almost 5 pounds. The 2 edges are round and tied. No markings quality is nice. Just wanted to know some more about it. THX

It's a Saltillo, from Mexico, woven on a mechanized floor loom. Saltillos take their name from the region in Mexico where this particular pattern style (colorful stripes, often with a central diamond) originated.
The ends of the cotton warp becomes the fringe on the ends, and is usually tied off in a distinctive "net-like" pattern, rather than this type of bound edge.
