The Lackawanna Railroad Police Department went out of existence in 1960 when the Erie RR and the Delaware, Lackawanna & Western RR merged to become the Erie Lackawanna RR. Fifty-five years later (2-26-2015) a patch from the Lackawanna RR Police Dept. paid a visit to its old stomping ground, Hoboken Terminal. I'm sure if the patch has a soul it enjoyed being back home, even for just a brief time.
