I got this at an auction. All that I know is that it is a Seth Thomas and called a "Balloon Clock." I am hoping that someone can give more information.
Thank you Bruce99 for solving the mystery as follows:
You have a model called the "Savoy" from circa 1905. It originally listed for $19.50 which was a good sum of money back then. Adjust for inflation that's over $500 in 2014. Yours has a very nicely inlaid case. Depending upon the overall condition of the clock it might sell for somewhere around there retail. In my opinion (I'm a collector *not* an appraiser) at auction, it should probably go for somewhere around $325 give or take $50. Just depends on how many collectors find it and are interested. Hope you got a good deal. Nice looking example. Thanks for sharing.

P.S., If that solves your mystery please indicate as much in your listing. If not, what more would you like to know?
Bruce, Many many many thanks for your information. I got this at an auction for around $75.00 if I remember correctly and it works. I guess that I did good. Thank you so much! I will thank you in my write up!
SEAN, Thank you!
