This I believe is a watch fob and chain. The coin says 1832. I think the inscription is Prussian (German/Polish) depending on the war and who owned what land at that time. The other side is Latin inscribed. The small "horn" looks like the end of a deer or elk antler, and the two deer teeth are encased in a smithed deer or elk head with leaves and a tiny pin holding them in. I don't know what materials they are made from. They most likely come from Prussia/Germany/Poland. Any information you have to share would be helpful. I really have no experience in this. I would love to have a more detailed history on this piece.

My search produced slightly different results: Austrian coin (20 Kreuzer http://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces14712.html). Elk teeth. Possibly a hunting trophy. Germany/Austria are known for these. They're also being linked with Bavaria. Another term that's popping up is Charivari which appears to be a belt chain, rather than a watch chain/fob. I have not found an exact match to your item, but (perhaps) this can give you some leads.

I only recognize the teeth as Elk. Gorgeous piece.
