Early on in life i was exposed to alot of british tv programing by my british born mother. The Thunderbirds was a favourite. The puppets and more so the detailed models of thier ships was what hooked me.
Pictured is a corgi Thunderbirds 2 & 4. This piece featured retractable legs and a removable mid section that housed the smaller watercraft. Great toys that reproduced the Gerry Andersan models on the show.
    Enjoy

We four kids would watch Thunderbirds like it was the answer to lifes questions. My old man would try and convince us that Thunderbird 2 was set off by a man with match and yet we never saw him. Really the NASA space engineers built the Space shuttle with this Thunderbird in mind. Oh yes hated the film.

      We still watch Thunderbirds.
      Garry Anderson was a genius.

Love the Thunderbirds. Recognized Thunderbird 2 right away. Very cool that it holds Thunderbird 4.
