Found this chair in a sidewalk "free" pile. I think its awesome, it folds up and the back of the chair doubles as a carrying handle. Have a seat anywhere. Don't have any idea about who or when it was made... anyone seen this before?

On your chair there are markings - in the picture where it is folded up.

I have one just like it!

My markings, on the bottom of the chair read:

      Pat. No. 2629429
      Precision Seat Co.
      Los Angeles, Calif.

With the seat folded DOWN, the square piece at the base of the "handle" and the back of the seat, I have a red and yellow label, which reads:

      Sport Seat
      Healthways
(an address I can't make out), but appears to be "Seventh Avenue"
      Los Angeles, California

      :)
