The lamp belonged to my mother. I am trying to the manufacture and date it.
The lamp stands 26 inches and the shade is 14 inches across.

looks to be the 'Moon and Star' design motif. This may be a L. G. Wright #1000 'Moon and Star' lamp with prisms. At least this will give you some research ideas.

WOW. I thought I would never find out anything about this lamp. Thank You for the information. LG Wright made in Martinville WV around the 1930's.

you're very welcome. tho' Wright didn't actually 'make' glass; they owned the molds and had other glass makers produce the glass for them. So possibly Fenton for Wright.

Beautiful! I have two in my living room. I purchased them from Carl Forslund Company which is out of business now located out of Mn. They are the moon and star pattern in rare Satin Glass. I think they are Fenton. I have them 43 years and have never seen another one until now. Let me know if you want a picture of mine. Forslund was true Americana Mfg. and made exquisite items, furniture, lamps, etc. There are 110 prizms on each lamp, I know because I counted them when I cleaned them LOL!!!
