1960s set of serving dishes by Marti Japan.
This style of glass, with a coloured glass swirled through with white was fashionable in Japan and I have seen similar labeled Marti, Sasaki and Kamei.
My suspicion is the Kamei labeled glass was actually a Marti production.
You may have seen similar glass decor in small bowls and vases, in red, yellow, blue or green.
stunning!!!!
Lovely post Karen -- and I can see some Murano influence in these (in my opinion). One not knowing might think these are Murano but the white swirl (the way it is done here) is not a trade-mark of Murano Glass.
Great post Karen!! You keep finding them!! Your house must be an array of colored glass !!!
Beautiful and I love the last picture.
If you use them for dinner, use plastic utensils. lol. Fantastic.
What a beautiful set Karen! I love how the white plays against the green! Kinda reminds me of an embryo.
