    No marks on this tool...I tried cleaning it a bit to see if I could find any stamp. Nothing. I have used it and it is very handy. Just want to know what it was originally for and how old. Thanks.

      Not a medical device or hemostat so some kind of tool . Hope that helps a tiny bit :-)

      Snap or lock ring pliers (for the rings with no holes)

      Try a early spreader pliers . Retaining ring pliers
      when you use the plier opens correct it would spread something . It is a old one .

      ~ Wrought Iron Tool, for help tool those scrolls etc ??

      these are probably glove stretchers- used for kid-gloves as they shrunk when wet
