No marks on this tool...I tried cleaning it a bit to see if I could find any stamp. Nothing. I have used it and it is very handy. Just want to know what it was originally for and how old. Thanks.

Not a medical device or hemostat so some kind of tool . Hope that helps a tiny bit :-)
Snap or lock ring pliers (for the rings with no holes)
Try a early spreader pliers . Retaining ring pliers
when you use the plier opens correct it would spread something . It is a old one .
No idea -- just throwing out guesses:
~ Shoe maker Tool ??
~ Blacksmith Tool ??
~ Wrought Iron Tool, for help tool those scrolls etc ??
these are probably glove stretchers- used for kid-gloves as they shrunk when wet
do they have a dimple on the outer end of the tips?
Piston ring expanders.
