Trying to find any info on this clock, given to me by my father 20 + years ago, I have no idea how long he had it before that. It keeps perfect time and the windmill spins counter clockwise (second hand). I cant find any markings, names or dates. Any info on age, manufacture or value would be greatly appriciated.

Oh mu goodness , I have the identical clock that I actually just picked up from being repaired at our local Clock Shop.
It cost me $45 to be cleaned and the spring replaced , works beautiful. It was our Papa Georges and my daughter claimed it and had it in her night stand as a child . Now on her 30th. Birthday I will give her the long forgotten clock as a Birthday Gift. Did you ever find out if it was a Lux from the 1940"s and where would it have been from ? Mine does not have a single scratch on the back gold casing. Very nice anyway and was happy to see another one !
