Chair With "Heirloom" Designer Upholstery North Carolina

I bought this chair for $35.00 in a local shop. I was intrigued by the cool fabric. I am sure that the chair is not very old...perhaps a few decades. There is a tag that states: "Heirloom Designer Upholstery" North Carolina. The chair appears to have hardly been used. I thought that this was a great deal.
