Scheurich Keramik started to manufacture ceramics widely known as West German Pottery in 1954. The factory’s designers created the largest range of shapes and glazes, which were in-vogue during the time. Scheurich became known for applying up to 100 glazes to a single shape or form. The company located in Kleinheubach, Germany quickly became the leading producer of these ceramics, particularly in the 1960s-80s. Scheurich continues to produce ceramics today.

This is a bit different to a lot of Scheurich. I'm not familiar with this shape (meaningless statement really...I know little about West German Pottery!).
I think the shape and the glaze give this almost a 1930s look.

Many thanks, racer4four, for the comment and the love.
      Hi
      racer
Actually, when i see it, i was thinking older, but i realize, they do really good job to make look old, i see many example on the web with differents finish on the model #292.
I start..... to really like Scheurich.

Nice Alan!! I know VV charges $$$ as soon as they see W. Germany now these days. In the older days you could find piece with a decent price on them.

Now at VV here - if it is even a small, small piece of WGP, they are like $ 30 for it. They used to ask something like $6.99 before for those piece.

VV is going to out-price itself pretty soon....In my opinion.....
