Beautiful blue/green irridescent plate set!

I believe these to be carnival glass but not certain. They are a beautiful blue/green/purplish irridescent glass with a crackle-like appearance. There are small bubbles in glass throughout. There is a set of 10 and they are 8" diameter and are what I would call footed. They have been wrapped up and stored since 1975 and I believe that they are quite old. The photos do not really show the crackle appearance or how lovely they really are. Any info someone would be willing to share would be great. Thanks!
