My partner refinishes furniture and he picked it up. We know nothing about table...its beautiful and I believe antique. Its ornate and unique.

my neighbor has 2 just like yours. I have 2 similar. Mine has more detailed legs no detail on the side claw feet. They are end tables from the 40's. They must have been very popular. I they were my mother-in-laws tables she painted them white. I stripped them. Don't know enough about refinishing to continue. I want to find out what it is worth. I moved and have no room. I world like to refinish before i sell itl If it is worth it Now that I know how good they are I need coaching.

I would say 20th century as well.

A photo of the underside may help to narrow down more specifics.
