Hoof Whistles

Here I have two completely different hoof whistles. First is a pewter whistle in the form of a leg and hoof, looks like from a horse, from the 1870s. The second is what looks like a deer leg and hoof whistle made of bakelite, wood and covered with actual fur, probably deer, and probably from the early 1900s.
