Beautiful Unmarked Planter

I recently purchased this wonderful planter. I was drawn to the style, color and texture, it measures 9 1/2" x 2 1/2" but unfortunately it is unsigned. I would like to know if anyone knows anything about the piece, any information would be appreciated. Thanks!
