Roy Acuff's Dunbar Cave cedar box

This was a very localized place where the Country Music star, Roy Acuff', performed a show. My mother must have purchased this box near Clarksville, TN, where the cave is. Does anyone else have any of this memorabilia or know much about this product? I really do not know how to classify this.
