I found this in a box that belonged to my father who passed. No idea, needs to be cleaned up. Tried googling Spencer being the brand but could not find any results. any idea would be greatly appreciated!!!

This is a yachtsmans rigging knife with a marlin spike. This repairing/maintaining sail rope/rigging.
Im not sure about the Spencer name now but i have found your knife as reffered to as a British army issue clasp knife
Your father must of been in the British army or navy

There is one reference of a Spencer 1973 rigging marlinspike knife being once sold on worthpoint by someone that collected rigging knives
