    Probably old - antique remainder of tags very old. Tiny blue dot, small flaw in basket. Resembles Royal Doulton a little.

      You can buy books in your local bookstore that will help you identify different antiques and collectibles, but they usually are very general in nature. It's hard to tell from the picture who made it - it could be Lladro, Nao (a 'lower-priced' Lladro), Tengra or a number of other makers. Are there any markings on the bottom?
