What I know about old Coca-Cola bottle caps could fit in an old Coca-Cola bottle cap. The Petretti and Martin guides offer no clue that I can find. They do look nice topping off the bottle displays, in this case placed atop a dozen empty Christmas Cokes within my 20's vendor carrier.

I bought 15 of these "Pulaski, Galax, & Roanoke, Va. Botg. Wks." caps off an eBay BIN for $12. I was curious so put one up for auction, which culminated in a $10 high bid. No idea how old they are, I'm guessing 20's-30's but could be later with that trademark detail. I think the fact that they identify bottler rather than generic, makes them desirable to cap collectors.

Interested to hear thoughts about age, topic old Coca-Cola crowns in general. Thanks.

Takin the "smalls " to a whole new level Dave, the "very smalls"!!
Neat item, likely fairly rare in decent shape as most would have been chucked years ago.
They look cool on your old bottle and carrier collection!
      Cheers buddy!!

I like the little (low cost) details, don't you know! Thanks Mr. Bernie, hope things are good with you and The Fam.

They look really good on the bottles, nice display as always Mr. NoBucks!

I can tell you, the Pulaski plant began operations in 1920. Located at 38 Third Street N.E. Only know this because I picked up a new book called The Coca Cola Bottling Plant by Joe Belliveau. Cover art buy none other than TGBWC. Slight plug for the book.

It would be interesting knowing more about these, I'm sure there's an expert collector of caps somewhere in CW land.

Hey Chad and Thanks. I bought Joe's book as well. Fun to flip through. Didn't think to reference it, appreciate the info.

Nice to see I'm not the only one to snatch and grab something like this..... The "P" word competitor had a bottling plant in Albany, Mo. back in the day, and as local intrest goes, I found a couple bottle caps with Albany on the cap, so had to have, lol. Will be interesting to see other input on this. Congrats on a cool small.

1941-1960s – In this version, the words "Trademark Registered" moved out of the tail of the "C" and were noted as "Reg. US Pat Off." below the Coca-Cola name.
I'm not a Coca-Cola collector, but this is what I found on the trademark.

Thanks Dave. I agree it could be post 1940. But I have yet to find a CC bottle cap showing the trademark detail in logo tail of first C, not sure it could be printed on such a small piece. I have seen some with "Trademark Registered" printed under the logo, which I think are the earliest caps. "Reg. U.S. Pat. Off." variation started in 1930.
