Antique Garden/Lawn Statuary/Statues/Figurines

I haven't been here in a long while - but this piece has me stumped. I've done image searching and tried to research this piece with no luck. I believe that this is some sort of a garden/lawn statue due to the hole in the base of the piece. This is a figure of a young angel in a red/gold smock with a formed dove nestled in its hands. It is approximately 15 inches tall and weighs 6 pounds. It is unmarked and I believe it is cast iron (it has a metal sounding ring). The entire piece is painted-white on face, black eyes and eyebrow, reddish rosy cheeks, gold and red smock, gold on base. The dove is movable and well formed and has the same ringing sound.
