Hi,everyone
Today I'd like to share this piece of china.
The seller called it a jardiniere,but I think it's a bird drinker/bath
It's made of china,probably in Germany.It was dug up during building works in Sopot,by the Baltic sea.That's why the bird lost some feathers.
The mark on a bottom is barely visible,so I can't recognise a maker.
The incuse mark reads 1921,and 2 under it.Is it a year of production?
I hope you like the birds.They are so cute and expressive!

That's the task to give you this kind of advice !Sopot is a middle town of an urban organism called Trojmiasto.It consists of three :Gdynia,Sopot and Gdansk.Gdynia is a modern city ,built from scratch in 1920s.Sopot is a trendy resort with a long history and tradition. Gdansk is a beautiful city full of monuments.All the places are really worth visiting as they show different faces of Poland.
