can anyone tell me anything about this. its a brass i think
sign that is about 10lbs. 10" by 10" i know nothing about it other then that. can anyone help?

Kind of unusual because the word Pacific is read counter clockwise and electric is read clockwise.

Wow thanks pw-collector that would be pretty cool if it was connected to the Pacific electric railway! I can't fair anything on the railway with the logo like that though but I have somewhere to start looking. Thank you.

PG&E pacific gas and electric. .and yes PG&E is was part of the railroad way back when they made railroad going up mountains
Oh by the way PG&E was around in the 1920s it was 1932 when they found natural gas in the Sanjoaquin valley K.C. pump station
I have one that is slightly smaller. 10x 8.5 I was told it was used by the Pacific Electric Railway System on the trolley cars in the 1930's. It is solid brass. I have seen them with Pacific Electric Mfg Co where the silver buttons are. They are rare. They were displayed inside the trolleys and interurbans that ran through the Los Angeles area. Really nice pieces.
Disregard my previous comment. Although these are very rare, I don't believe it has anything to do with Pacific Electric Railways. I have been doing more research on it and the one with the Mfg Co added to it was my clue. The Pacific Electric Mfg Co was a company in the 1920's that sold transformers, breakers, switches, ect. for furnaces and other appliances. I am leaning more towards that. Sorry.
Thanks alg59 considering my father is a high voltage electrition who worked on removing pcbs from transformers and I got the sign from him I'm guessing youre right on your second comment. Thanks.
