Happy Easter 2015 to al Collectors: antique Brunswick Bible

I think that my first inspiration to collect after glass were Antique books. I was searching something to post for Easter and remember I have this wonderful hymnbook. It is german, language I do not know and is so difficult with that gothic types to find exactly what is. I has been impressed in 1887 in Brunswick by Joh. Heinr. Meyer. It is written something like: New Testament Hymns, along with a brief prayer book for the public and domestic services. The contrast of the golden copper cross over the deep purple velvet is wonderful and it is in perfect condition.
